Paris: city of lights? Sure. Since the developement of public lighting in early 19th century, streets became safer at night and this contributed to give Paris her romantic side. But this permanent magie should not erase a dense past of crime, executions, total lack of hygiene, thievery, but also ghosts and sins, linked to to superstition but also sometimes to just mystery...

Wherever you look in Paris, there is something romantic or scary, sometimes both! Anecdotes, traces of past, kingdoms fights and more, will be some of the ingredients.

This is this "harmonious" mix that will drive my tour, during a nevertheless a friendly time, and at your rate.

I am parisian for 10 years and have volunteered in tourism for the last 2 years.
